The customer sought a handmade gate with a specific design in mind. It needed to not only look impressive but also function exceptionally well. We made every part to order, tailoring it to the customer’s precise specifications. The build also featured an integrated post box, seamlessly incorporated into the gate itself. We collaborated closely with Woodbees Bespoke Gates renowned for producing high-quality hardwood gates in Hailsham, crafted to the highest standards.
Given the limited space, we chose a sliding gate to minimize issues with parking and driveway access. To accomplish this, we installed a new BFT sliding gate system along with the necessary safety devices. We also added an intercom, which allowed the customer to open the gate remotely or with local fobs or key access. Inside the property, the customer had a video unit installed. If the unit wasn’t answered within a set time frame, it would ring through to a mobile device, alerting the homeowner that someone was waiting.
